Business Services Division

This Division concerns itself mainly in dealing with Libyan government procedures. Our business services are as follows:

·              Provide investment regulations and legal consultations for setting up businesses in Libya.

·              Secure investment business licenses, commercial registrations and all other government related procedures for starting a business in Libya.

·              Secure land sites in the many industrial cities of Libya.

·              Obtain custom duty exemption certificates for imported machinery and raw materials. (Industrial projects only).

·              Obtain Libyan government contractor classification certificates to enable contractors to join bids of government contracts.
